In this photo I used my Paper Rose tutorial. (Check it out, here.) However, instead of folding the last blossom to form the center, I used a gem to make it sparkle. I took a small doily and inked that with Distress Ink. I cut it in half and gently folded it to make pleats. I like the effect!

I love how the title turned out! These were plain chipboard Thickers. I inked with distress ink, then covered in Glossy Accents. I added the black dots with dimensional paint.
Overall I'm loving the monochromatic scheme and am happy I waited until I felt really inspired to do this photo!
